Ian E. Penders was born in Rochester, raised in Adams Basin and resides in Clarkson. Mr. Penders graduated from Brockport High School and earned his Bachelors Degree at SUNY Brockport. He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School and is an Associate Attorney with Xavier & Associates, a firm specializing in criminal defense. His office is downtown Rochester but he spends the majority of his time representing clients in local criminal courts all over Western New York. He brings a wealth of experience as our candidate for Clarkson's justice court.

In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, camping, downhill skiing, and rooting for the Buffalo Bills.
